Introducing YOGOTEX FABRICS CO. LTD.
Cumilla Export Processing Zone, Cumilla, Bangladesh
Yogotex Fabrics Co. Ltd. is a 100% foreign-invested (Taiwan) company specializing in the production of premium denim fabric in Bangladesh. Strategically located at the Cumilla Export Processing Zone, our facility is professionally managed, technically advanced, and fully integrated with modern, state-of-the-art machinery.
Our legacy in denim dates back to 1992 with our first venture, Lien Fu Textile in South Africa. Our sister concern in Taiwan also continues to operate in the denim industry, combining decades of expertise to bring world-class quality to the global market.
At Yogotex, we are committed to delivering uncompromising quality at competitive pricing. Our monthly production capacity is 1,000,000 yds of denim fabric, powered by a skilled, motivated workforce and supported by international technical experts. We source only the finest raw materials—yarns from top global suppliers, chemicals from BASF and BAYER (Germany), and dyes from DYSTAR (Germany), Taiwan, and China. Our self-sufficient power plant ensures uninterrupted production, and our dedicated EPZ’s central Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) reflects our commitment to environmental responsibility.
Our product range covers a wide spectrum of denim fabrics tailored for diverse fashion needs. We produce Regular Denim in various weaves and weights (5 Oz to 15 Oz), including cotton and blended options. Ring Denim and Ring Slub Denim offer premium textures and vintage appeal, while Technical Slub and Crosshatch Denim deliver distinctive visual character with consistent quality. For performance-focused garments, we offer Super Stretch and Bi-Stretch Denim, ensuring excellent elasticity and comfort. Our sustainable TENCEL™ Denim line provides breathability and softness with a luxurious drape. Additionally, we manufacture Stripe Denim with woven or printed patterns, intricately textured Dobby Denim, lightweight Drappy Denim for flowy silhouettes, and Crispy Denim with a structured, rigid feel perfect for tailored styles.

Sustainability
Using state-of-the-art warping machines, we align hundreds of individual warp yarns onto a beam in a parallel and tension-controlled manner. This step ensures uniform tension across all yarns, which is vital for efficient weaving and consistent fabric structure.
We employ both direct warping and sectional warping methods, depending on the product specification and desired batch size. All yarns used are thoroughly quality-checked before warping to avoid inconsistencies
The Slasher Dyeing process is a cornerstone of our denim production, where tradition meets precision engineering. This method allows us to achieve consistent & deep shades while maintaining sustainable practices.
In the dyeing phase, the warp yarns pass through a series of dye boxes containing dyes solution. Between each dip, the yarn is exposed to air in a process called oxidation, where the color develops its rich tone. This dip-and-oxidize cycle is repeated several times to achieve the desired shade and depth.
After dyeing, the yarns move through sizing, where a protective coating is applied to strengthen the yarn for weaving. This step enhances both weaving performance and fabric quality, reducing breakages and improving efficiency.
Weaving process is where our craftsmanship truly comes to life—transforming dyed and sized yarns into premium denim fabrics that stand out in quality and durability. After completing the slasher dyeing and sizing process, the prepared warp yarns are loaded onto high-performance looms in our weaving department. These looms are designed to deliver precision, speed, and consistency, ensuring that every inch of fabric meets our strict quality benchmarks.
Our weaving process follows the traditional denim weave structure—a 3×1 or 2×1 twill construction & others—where the dyed warp yarns interlace with natural or black weft yarns. This technique gives denim its characteristic diagonal rib and visual texture.
Finishing is more than just the final stage—it’s where our denim gains its true value in appearance, durability, hand feel, and functionality. At Yogotex, our well-equipped finishing team ensures the highest standards through key processes such as singeing, desizing, sanforizing, stentering, pad dyeing, and mercerizing.
Inspection is the final—and one of the most crucial—stages in our denim production process, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. At Yogotex, we follow a systematic, multi-layered inspection protocol, including 4-point system evaluation, light box and inspection machines, width and length measurement, weight and GSM checks, and color and shade verification.
